000

After a special request to build a 000 (Triple-O) and many great comments about it I have decided to add it to my list. This may only be a limited run though. I have 3 sets of mahogany that are dedicated to the 000s. Two will be Mahogany back and sides with either a spruce or cedar top. The third will be Mahogany top, back and sides.
These 000s will include Golden Age restoration tuners in aged nickel.
The Cedar and/or Spruce tops will have a tobacco burst with natural back and sides.
The Mahogany top will be an all natural satin finish.
All will have Mahogany necks, Ebony finger boards and bridges.
Price: $2500 – no other options available for this instrument at this time.
Specs of Pictured Instrument:

  1. Hey there, Mr. MD! You may or may not remember me. I used to drag you up and down your fretboard many moons ago. I hope all is well with you, your family and MD Guitars. Last time I looked you were only doing electric guitars. Glad to see you’ve expanded.

Not 100% sure yet, but I am thinking about selling my 1992 PRS Custom 10 Top, flame maple and picking up a really nice acoustic. I haven’t played electric in years and have focused on acoustic. So…I thought to meself, I thought…why don’t you check to see what Sir Marcus is doing nowadays.? So, hear I am.

Where are you located nowadays? I’m still in Puyallup area teaching at Pierce College. If your near enough, I’d love to see some of the acoustic instruments you have created. All masterful I’m certain. Thought about an acoustic PRS and of course Taylor, but thought it would awesome to have something special made by an old friend. But you know how it goes…gotta test drive them first!

I’m revamping my website so it’s not up at the moment. Soon I hope.

Please lemme know what’s happening. Would love to hear from you.

Take care my young, old friend!
